They sent someone out, sorta got us up and running, but, signed us up for monthly charges...didn't tell us.Had them out again for the same problem, 1hour and 15min.later the bill was $115.00 found out about the monthly charges, have asked for a refund of 7 months of monthly charges...which by the way should have covered this visit and then some. DON'T USE THESE PEOPLE. Oh by the way still didn't fix anything, had to go out and buy a new computer !!! THEY ARE A RIP OFF!!! read full review »
