I called the 800 numbers from the TV ad for LiftSP free trial for 4.95 postage. The customer rep was very forceful and would not accept no for an answer. She kept trying to sell me on more products. I fianlly told her to just cancel my whole order completely. Unfortunately I had already given her my credit card # and when I never received the product and the 4.95 appeared on my charge card plus another charge for 29.95 I called the 866 # and spoke to Yanda.
