i bought an iron with the name shark on 3/18/08 and it shot water all over instead of steam. i returned it for a new one on 8/22/08. in the mean time some medical problems kept me from using it until recently. i was going to use it last week and it did the same thing. now the warranty has run out and the store cant do anything about it. i am asking you to stand behind your product and reimburse me for the iron. read full review »
