Company charged $14.95 on my home phone line (land line) without my authorization. The name used to setup their account (per them) was no where close to my name. I called their phone # (800-430-6314) and was told that they would refund the $14.95 within "1 to 2 billing cycles" and they gave me a "confirmation number".
