I ordered a trial product, for $3.95, which I NEVER received. Then, they charged me $149.95. I had to call 3 times before they said they would refund the $149.95. They sent an email confirmation that they would refund the $149.95, but refuse to refund the $3.95. They said it would take 3-5 business days to get the refund. That was on 2/11/2010.
