I purchased DVD in October 2009 was charged for that purchase and was not able apply $5 credit they promised for new customers. In February 2010 my credit card has been charged to $9.95 . I called company and discovered that it has a hidden membership. I canceled my membership but they did not refund this unauthorized charge. read full review »
