I ordered the .99 trial of this product. I cancelled it before the 14 days were up but had to leave a message to do so - no people to answer the call. I STILL got the charge on my bank account and they also charged a $4.50 international charge. I called but the only thing they did was give an email address that I can request a refund from. I put in the email that I will dispute the charge with my bank if not credited for the charge within 5 business days. so we'll see...
