This charge for $19.95 showed up on my bank account last Sunday, 2/21/10 and another fro National Car Rental in Dallas, TX. I'm in Reno NV, not Dallas. I immediately cancelled my ATM and contacted my bank. How often is this happening and who is behind it? read full review »
