This very mortgage loan joint has a habit of claiming the customer's monthly mortgage check arrives late and charge $100's late fee. It happened to me twice. In both cases I asked the Provident Funding to show me the post mark on the envelope to prove my check was late-- they ignore my requests and I end up pay the late fee. Why didn't the State of California look into this company's practice? It makes me sick. read full review »
