I haven't received the videos yet (which I'm really looking forward to), but my online ordering and customer service experience was NOT good. First off, after you they order the product they DO NOT give you a break down of the costs (only a total) for you to review. Then, they charged me $4.00 more than what was originally calculated. Also, it takes a day or so before you are in the system and you do not receive an email unless you ask (had to call customer service about that).
