I wish I saw this complaint board before I made my purchase!!! I bought a pair of boots from uggboutique.com for my daughter for christmas. I received the boots after christmas which was not a huge problem. I was quite surprised to see that they came from china though. The boots did not fit so I emailed to return them for a larger size. After a couple email attempts I did finally get an answer and instructions to return the boots to an address in Canada, which I did.
