We have had one episode after another with this company and I just want to cancel service so that I do not have to make weekly calls to this rediculous company! It started 9 months ago and has not stopped! We moved and it took 5 attempts before anyone showed to install our new service, come to find out they had been sending the reps to a address we had 5 years ago!
