No answer on telephone number. Live support is not live but responds to my email with everything but the things I asked for which was a RMA number to return the unwanted product and a confirmation of the cancellation. The is has you click if you still needed help after going through the list of irrelevant ?@# that they send you email and you get a page that states the link is not available at this time. This is a scam if I ever saw one - I intend to protest the charges - maybe that will get there attention. Maybe I will call the attorney general as well. read full review »
