I bought a 1lb. bag of tender broccoli cuts and when you look at the picture on the front of the bag you see just about the same amount of florets and stems. HOWEVER, when I cooked the entire bag ther had to be a ratio of 80% stems and maybe 20% florets. WE do not appreciate getting stems when we pay for florets. I guess I will just have to go to another company that will give the consmer a better product. I am very dissappointed with this product, especially when it cost me almost $4.00 for stems.
