Called ahead to see if they had a car that I saw in Autotrader. They confirmed they had it. I drove an hour to see the the car. I arrived at the dealership with the printout in hand from Autotrader. The salesman met me at the door and looked at the picture of the car and said "I think this car has been sold." He then goes off for five minutes to "check" and returns with keys to two cars (different make and model) that he wants to show me. I asked why it was on Autotrader if it's not for sale. Wilmington Auto Center

I drove from Dayton OH in a rental car to Wilmington Auto Center to look at a Kia. It was a Saturday at 4:50pm. Keith asked for my drivers license and then gave me the key. I returned ten minutes later and gave Keith the keys. I forgot to ask for my license and Keith "forgot" to return it. I didn't discover this until I returned home (an hour from Wilmington).
