I entered in a written agreement with Matt to build a custom PC. I was told that I would have delivery on 2-20-10( one week later), although the contract stated that delivery would be 2-27-10.On 2-19-10 I left numerous messages for Matt with no return call. That evening a new message on his recorder said "due to unforseen circumstances our business will be closed until 2-26-10 but any custom orders would be delivered 2-27-10.
