I, too, was scammed when I ordered Acai. I phoned BofA who told me that I had to wait 30 days after I "refused" the last shipment. I exlained that I could not get through to FWM via email, phone or website, but BofA had a site; www.myorderhelp.com. I went to the site and cancelled my memebership.
