I ordered the trial free and then four days later i called and cancelled. The person i talked with said they couldnt cancel my account so i called back later and they said it was cancelled and then a month later they charge me 82.50 and sent me this product again even though I CANCELLED MY ACCOUNT. Then i call back i was nice at first then after i called back SEVEN TIMES and still no one could seem to help me and they left me on hold for over an HOUR then had the nerve to HANG UP ON ME.
