This is the worst company I have ever done business with. The owner seems to have no skills in running a business, no regard for customer service and proves to be completely incompetent with her entire operations. Communication with customers is inconsistent, fees are randomly assessed without proper notification, customer files get mixed with each other and customers are confused with other customers.
