To start, I'm not at all pleased with the service that I have been getting from from the home service repair center. When I got this washer about 4 years ago, I was asked if I wanted to buy the extended service plan. I was told that, "If they can't fix it, they will replace it, as long as you have the extended service plan. Even if you damage it yourself."
