I am writing with my dissatisfaction with the maintenance contract I bought on a vaccum cleaner I bought in Brunswick, Maine, Sears. We were told we would be given a loaner. I took the vaccum to the store yesterday and they said they discontinued this policy. I am without a vaccum cleaner for 2 weeks. We were told we could have a loaner at the time of purchase and feel we should get a refund on our maintenance contract.
