I would like to voice my complaint and frustration about the service at the Braum's Ice Cream and Dairy Store in Tulsa, OK. On Garnett Rd. My husband, daughter and I made a special trip for a meal and ice cream treat at this store. When we went inside there were several customers randomly standing around the counter in no special order. We got in, what we perceived to be, the line behind the two signs that stated 'Order Here'.
