2 magazines ordered in December have not been received. Numerous phone calls to the 'machine' go unanswered. I tired for hours straight, nothing but the 'machine' and music. No response from e-mails either.Terrible customer service is an understatement. I am not sure but maybe no one turned off the 'machine' when they closed the storage closet they were using for an office. read full review »
