I am extremely disgruntled after calling customer service to make a return. Upon talking with my plumber, I learned that I had ordered the wrong faucet set. I quickly emailed to request return instructions and was sent a reply saying the returns could only be handled by phone (which was the first disappointment - order online but have to call to make a return). That email from customer service had no other return policy information.
