I just signed up for a business account with TD Bank. I was told I could make a quick phone call to start my online banking and view my account. WRONG! The guy lied... I have to go through rush hour in Boston traffic so they can take 2 seconds and flip a switch. America's Most Convenient Bank??? How do you figure? You don't even have a branch west of the mississippi? When I travel they are useless. In Boston they own the TD Bank Center where the Celtics play but there are only like 3 branches in the entire city. Open some branches or change your tagline!!! read full review »
