I was given a thirty day trial period for .99 cents. I called twice in the thirty day trial period to which I left two messages and did not receive a call back. The message I left was I did not want to be on an autoship program or be charged for the product. You could not just send the item back you had to call the number to recieve information on what to do to avoid charges. They did not have any information that I could find with the product on being on an auto ship program or the amount to be charged so I was quite shocked to have $149.95 taken out of my account.
