Same issues as I've read all over this site...I called the HQ Executive care, with concerns on their 200meg per day limitation on customer downloads. I have the option to upgrade to 500meg per day but this does no good for my purposes. I purchased a Roku Blu ray machine to stream netflix movies into my house. An 1-1/2 hr movie is about 1.5 Gig. This means that I cannot watch movies with their Fair Internet Access policy on my machine, except between 1am and 6am.
