Just posted this to the BBB. Don't make the mistake of signing up for ProResults Fitness Training - it's a complete waste of money. In the last 3 weeks our trainer has canceled without notice 4 times. We called and talked with the Manager (Lauren) who was supposed to recommend a new trainer that would fit our schedule last week but she never called us back. I've placed a second call and am still waiting for a response. We have over 20 sessions that we still need to use and 3 more months on the contract... read full review »
