I contracted with Jennifer to make calls for my company back in November of 2009. However, I came to find out the calls were not being made and let her know that I placed a stop payment on the check that was mailed out. Jennifer said she understood and would not cash the check. In December 2009, I was contacted by a check cashing place in Florida stating that Jennifer had cashed the check.
