Hello everyone, I have the problem like many of you with BookInHotels. I made a reservation for 3 nights in Paris and 3 days before my departure I received an e-mail saying that due to some financial problems my reservation is canceled and all my money will be fully reimbursed. No signs of my money after 4 months. Phones on their website are not real and my emails got no reply. Any idea how to get the money back? I used a Visa debit card. read full review »
