On or about February 4, 2010, I called the service center for repair on my Toshiba 57" TV, the service writer stated the repairman would be out on the 10th of February. After the repairman checked the system he stated he could not repair it and he would have to order a part and it would be 5 to 10 business days. I received a call on or about the the 19th of February stating the part was in and a repairman would be out on the 25th of February.
