I currently have a car loan with this bank and have had one since 09/2008, I was never late on a pymt. I went to my bank which is located in my home state on february 02, 2010 and re-financed my car and mailed a pay-off check that day. I called fifth third bank the next day to notify them about me already mailing the pay-off check and if they did not recieve it by my next car payment to call me. i got a call from a collections agency on february 26, 2010 about not paying my car payment on time and now i owe them collection fees and other... read full review »
