I ordered 4 replacement garage door springs from this company on February 8, 2010. I paid $57.58 for parts and shipping by means of electronic checking. I received a confirmation email (order #205649), but almost a month later I have not received the parts. I have tried calling and emails, but they do not reply. Something needs to be done to shut down this scam. read full review »
