CRST is certainly not the company they advertise to be . I went to work for CRST only because i had a speeding ticket annd they gave me a chance, which i did appreciate. But after getting to Cedar Rapids and meeting some of the instructors i started to immediately feel like a number not an individual. I sat through four days of 10 to 11 hour classes that were long arduous and fairly uninteresting.The content was nothing but a repeat of what one would learn in school but i can understand them wanting to make sure of some things.
