I purchased this software program after a two week trial. First problem, help menus are poor quality and, therefore, not always helpful. Second problem, Emrick does not give out contact info. Only contact is through anonymous email link. Third problem: After purchase, the new registration number did not work. It took numerous back & forth emails to clear up the "bugs" with the new version (a phone call would have reduced time issue substantially).
