Insurance Leads.com promises on their website that you will be given credit for bad leads. In signing up with them I created a profile that called for the exclusion of leads on individuals with a history of major medical conditions. I received a lead for a prospect with Type I diabetes. On the same day I received the lead I contacted the prospect, learned of the condition and returned the lead via their lead credit process. The credit was denied.
