I have been purchasing all my furnitute from the RoomStore for the past five years bedroom, living, and dining. Everything has been pretty good up until the latest purchase of another recliner. Purchased the chair in late December 2009 or Early January 2010. After having it for two weeks I noticed that when it reclined there was a gap. the top was not seating well on the base creating a gap when reclined (even went to the store to sit in the display to make sure I wasn't crazy).
