I can't believe this, I just got off the phone with a customer service rep. and not only is it a $149.00 Charge on your bank account that is non-refundable but also there's a 12.00 monthly charge that you have to call to cancel. The Rep told me that I could try [email protected] to get a refund on my $149.00 orginal fee. Well, now I know that this is just a complaint site and has nothing to do with the actual company.
