I am writing to let TXU Energy now how mad, upset or down right angry I ma. I have had your service for MANY years. I have paid my bill, maybe not on time, but yet paid it. I am the only one working in my household to put food and pay the bills. My husband has fallen ill over a year ago, and everything has laid on my shoulders. I asked for a three day extention until I get paid, and it'd like your company has NO sympathy what so ever. I am so pissed over this that It makes me want to change electric company.
