When I first opened the account and ask for a stop payment on a check, and I was told by a csr that the check would be stopped! I went to use my atm card, it denied my request, because the check went through anyways. The only thing that bank of america could tell me was we apologize. Myself not knowing that if I did not use the card, that Bank of America would keep adding fees onto my account, anyways the balance was 400.00 and some odd dollars.
