I purchased an airline ticket with Bill Me Later in July of 2009. August 2009 I was in a auto accident that left me in a coma and hospital for four (4) months. When I contacted the airlines requesting a refund they informed me that Bill Me Later never paid them and that I would have to contact Bill Me Later for a refund. HELLO!!! Bill Me Later won't refund me because I missed the sixty (60) day window for the dispute. You've got to be kidding??? They never paid US Air but want me to pay them??? I couldn't have contacted them if I wanted to. I guess being critically injured isn't enough for them. DON'T USE BILL ME LATER! read full review »
