I was forced to call Sears for my landlord because he had a Sears dryer that was broken. I have a very hectic schedule at work and I was able to call them on my lunch break. After being on the phone for an hour, being transferrred and hung up on about 10 times I was finally able to set up a repair appointment for thursday between 8am-12pm. This was a Tuesday and the rep I spoke with, Tomy, said that I should expect a call tuesday night after 6pm to confirm this scheduled appointment. I was like can I have an order/confirmation number?
