On February 28, 2010, my husband made purchases at your Staples located at 1060 W. Alameda Avenue, Burbank, CA 91506. Upon check-out he presented a coupon issued February 26, 2010 by Christina, a manager at that location. For whatever reason, the computer rejected the coupon and the manager on duty, Heather Hulberth was called to assist.
