We moved in when the complex had been open for about 6 months, and there were no reviews available at that time. We got a great move in deal and the person who helped us was really nice. Paula was knowledgeable and always ready to help out with anything. Our water bill started going up in Oct 2009. By then, Paula was gone and the people in the office were now totally uncooperative.
