Filed claim with First American only to be denied as it seems to be their standard practice. Drain pipe broken inside wall under sink and they seem to think that the pipe can be broken in two places behind the wall by excessive force without damaging the trap, connection to the sink, or the drywall that the pipe goes through. But what the heck we all have to learn our lessons the hard way. Hopefully when you think of buying a home protection warranty you will read this first along with all the other complaints and choose not to get ripped off by this company. read full review »
