On May 5, 2007, I purchased a Serta Genesse Queen Sized mattress. By December 1, 2007, in just seven months, The Mattress Warehouse replaced the mattress because it sagged so much it met the 2" sag limit that justified replacement. They replaced the mattress with another Genesee mattress that they said had been enhanced to correct the original mattress defects. It is now March 3, 2010, and the Serta mattress inspector is due at my house in two days to see if the "new and improved" Genesee has sagged all the way down to the 2"... read full review »
