HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. They claim that they are the best to order from because of their generous return policy (they offer a refund of the dress price minus 10% restocking fee)...crap. I paid $350 for my dress and got free shipping. Before that dress came in, I found another that I liked more...so I ordered that and chose to cancel my order. Because of the $75 charge for canceling the order, I thought maybe I would wait and just send the order back and pay the 10% restocking fee.
