contacted by nco here in il and said they have a debt i own from 24 yrs back. gave me address to write to verifiy, which was health and human svc which they said went back 24 years. make arrangement to pay 10 dollars a month, they hardly send out monthly bill, tell me to address my own envelope, each time i call the same person answere, lisa, so they say, disrespectfull, arogant, can, t keep bal straight bal. i call to verify they receive pay, i, am told to not keep calling eveytime i send money to see if they get it, but know receipt or... read full review »
