To Whom It May Concern: A Korean-American woman named Hwa Cha Carmichael claims her house located at 5225 Fitzwilliam Way, Sacramento, CA 95823, was illegally foreclosed even though she had duly made her mortgage payments requested by her lenders from 2003 to 2007. She also had kept all the copies of checks for the mortgage payments.
