As has been stated by so many others... I ordered 08/09 what I thought was a "Free Trial" and paid $9.95 shipping and handling on my cc. I never received this free trial and actually forgot about it. In October I finally received what I know now to be my 2nd shipment which I refused - Marked Return to Sender, did not open. In Novemeber I received a charge to my credit card for 89, 95.
